•  Providing proposals related to municipalities in cooperation with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Milli Majlis, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other institutions;
•  Creation of campaign groups in referendums and elections;
•  Placing information in the press in the direction of protecting the rights and interests of municipalities;
•  Covering the activities of municipalities in round tables dedicated to municipalities on television;
•  Increasing the number of projects in municipalities within the framework of the "One municipality - at least one project" initiative;
•  Providing recommendations for holding "Local Democracy Weeks" in municipalities;
•  Representing the country's municipalities in the Congress of European Local and Regional Authorities and other international organizations, studying and promoting international experience in the field of local self-government;
•  Raising issues, giving opinions and suggestions before state bodies and municipalities related to their own goals and tasks;
•  Raising issues related to the protection of the rights of municipal members and employees in front of the relevant authorities, providing legal assistance;
•  Free dissemination of information about one's purpose, duties and activities, establishment of mass media in accordance with legislation, publishing, polygraphy, establishment of other enterprises not prohibited by legislation, booklets, books, etc. issue of publications;
