Tamraz Taghiyev

Chairman of the National Association of City Municipalities of Azerbaijan

The date of Taghiyev Tamraz's birth was February 15, 1960. He received his degree at the Polytechnic Institute named after Chingiz Ildrm's mechanical faculty between 1977 and 1982. In 1985, he began his career in the private sector. He was a mechanic for the Ministry of Communications' Automobile Transport Enterprise in 1986. Since 2009, he has served as the municipality of Narimanov's chairman. He has served as the National Association of City Municipalities of Azerbaijan's head since 2016. He is a representative of Azerbaijan at the Council of Europe's Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.
