Aydin  Muradov was born on January 25, 1958 in Yardimli. In 1977, he graduated from the mechanical engineering faculty of Azerbaijan Agricultural Institute. In 1986, he received the higher military law education of the Tashkent Higher School of the USSR State Technical Committee. He started working in 1977. From November 1979 to June 1981, he worked as the secretary of the Komsomol committee, the second secretary of the Gazakh District Committee of the Azerbaijan LKGI, an instructor in the Central Committee of the Azerbaijan LKGI. From May 1985 to January 2012, he worked as an operational commissioner, department head, in the State Security agencies. State awards were given to him during his time serving in DTX, MTN, and DTK, and he attained the rank of colonel. He served in the military and is a Karabakh veteran. He has served as the National Association of Azerbaijan Township Municipalities' executive secretary since April 2014.

Fluently speaks Russian and Turkish.
